Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

For hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., cosmetics, personal care, wearables that touch skin), the tamper seal must be intact. If opened/used, we can only assist for defects or damage.
Non-returnable items

Final-sale/clearance items, digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards.

Personalized or custom-printed items unless defective.

Bundles must be returned in full.
Damaged/defective on arrival

Email shopcntrl.us@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order # and photos. We’ll replace or refund at our cost.
How to start a return

We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.

Unless we made an error or the product is defective, return shipping is paid by the customer. You can use our label (deducted from the refund) or your own trackable method.

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).
Exchanges

Fastest way is to return for a refund and place a new order.
Refund exceptions

Items returned worn/used/damaged or missing parts may be partially refunded or denied.
Wrong address / unclaimed packages

If a carrier returns an order as undeliverable, we can reship (additional postage) or refund minus shipping.
Region-specific rights

EU/UK customers: statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies to most online purchases. If you exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return items within 14 days after that. Goods must be in resaleable condition.
