Order tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. Multiple items may ship separately with separate tracking.
International duties & taxes

Import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refused packages due to unpaid duties may be returned; shipping/duty costs are non-refundable.
Lost/late packages

If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us at shopcntrl.us@gmail.com. We’ll help file a trace/claim and make it right in line with carrier outcome.
Shipping address changes

We can update addresses before fulfillment. Once shipped, changes must be requested with the carrier.
